Weekly Pool Servicing

We perform all types of ongoing routine maintenance. Every pool is unique, so we will customize a scheduled program specifically tailored to your backyard.

In our weekly service we will perform the following tasks:

  • Once a week on the same day
  • Use nets to capture floating debris
  • Acid wash on tiles to clean and remove built-up calcium deposits (water line build-up)
  • Vacuum the pool or spa
  • Use brushes on the walls, steps, skimmers and lights
  • Pump strainer and empty skimmer
  • Check the chemical levels and adjust accordingly
  • One of our trained pool maintenance professionals will fill out a card and leave it on your front door so that you know we have been there to service your pool
  • Hose decking around pool

New Pool Owners

We will come and show you how to operate your pool and inspect the equipment. We will show you how to test the chemicals in the water, adjust filtration hours, turn on the pool heater and can tell you when to clean your filters. We can also answer any questions you might have on how to take care of your pool.

Pool/Spa Inspections

If you are thinking of buying a home or selling a home with a pool, just give us a call. We can come and inspect the condition of the pool, test and inspect the equipment and give you an estimate of the life-span of the equipment.

Water Changing and New Water Start-Up

Typically, pools should be drained and changed every 3 to 5 years, or when TDS (total dissolved solids is over 2,000 ppm. Call us today and we can do a complete water evaluation to check whether it is time to drain the pool. You can read more about TDS in our FAQ section.

Pool Salt System Maintenance

Salt chlorinated pools require a lot of maintenance. They require a higher level of monitoring, salt cell cleaning and you must continuously adjust chemical levels. Pool Equipment Inspection and Repairs

If you are tired of going outside to adjust your pool heater or pump, and would prefer to adjust these things within the comforts of your own home, give us a call! We can install a wireless pool operating system that you can program to do all of these things for you.

Pool Automation systems can adjust the level of salt chlorination output to your desired temperature, and you can also set your outdoor living space items such as landscape, pool and spa lights with this system.

Pool and Spa Lighting Replacement

If your lights aren’t working at night or you are ready to upgrade your lighting, we have lighting alternatives to show you. New LED and Fiber-Optic options are more energy efficient and can be easily replaced.

Pool lighting safety an issue? If you are unsure whether your lights are safe to swim with, be sure to give us a call and we can make sure you are protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter.

Pool Filter Cleaning

Depending on the size of your pool, the size of your filter and what kind of filter you have, determines how often your filter needs to be inspected, cleaned or replaced. A lot of manufacturers recommend that you tear them down and clean them at least twice a year. We can provide this service for you.

Acid Washing on Pool Plaster

About every 5 to 7 years your pool should be completely drained and acid washer to remove discoloration caused by chemicals and use. Acid wash strips away a very small layer of plaster in order to remove discoloration and expose fresh plaster.

Doing and acid wash can help restore 75 to 85% of your plaster’s original brightness. If acid washing has not been done for a very long time, and if large stains have penetrated many layers of plaster, acid washing will not remove those.

Since this process is done using dangerous chemicals, acid washing should only be done by a licensed professional.

Chlorine Washing on Pool Plaster

If your pool has severe algae or black algae growth, acid washing will not suffice. You might require both an acid wash and chlorine wash to thoroughly restore your pool. Call us today to schedule a free evaluation.

Cleaning and Repair on Pool Tiles

In order to remove the calcium deposits from your pool waterline without etching the delicate tile, we use a mixture of water and a fine powder to bring your tile back to life. Sealers aren’t necessary because this process will not damage your tile.
